I have recently returned from a 3 night stay at this amazing hotel. I was visiting Amsterdam to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff made me feel extra special by decorating my room and leaving me a lovely note with bottle of presseco to celebrate which was very much appreciated. The room was so spacious and had a modern relaxing feel to it. It was a studio room. It was also cleaned daily & provided with fresh towels. From the moment I arrived in Amsterdam the commuting was so easy. From the airport I caught a bus for 6 euro which drops you right outside the hotel and took 20 mins. I also purchased a 48 day tram ticket from the hotel to explore the city which only takes 15 mins to the centre. You can hire bikes from the hotel for small fee which I did on one of the days to explore the city by bike. The hotel gave helpful tips on places to eat and drink. I will 100% return to this hotel when I next visit. It made my stay extra special 😊

😊 · Amazing design, feels nothing like a hotel but more like visiting a great home, beautiful furniture, accessories and light effects. Very well thought through as guest experience. Extremely pleasant to be in.

😊 · Really very nice hotel, good price, very stylish, professional and nice staff. Didn't have breakfast here as there are some many places in Amsterdam where you can have amazing breakfast. Train 24 brings you straight in the city center. Parking a little bit expensive with 25 € per night but it is a very good location for people and families arriving to the city by south and who need a good hotel with a safe parking.

😊 · This is an ideal property!!! Clean and comfy. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Close to all forms of transportation...across the street! and to a grocery store and a liquor store, an excellent bakery and several restaurants on the piazza to the left side of the property

What a great hotel. We had a great suite with a full kitchen with expresso maker and hot water electric pot. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with great soaps and shampoo. Quiet, new and very clean. There is a drugstore and grocery just a block away. The grocery has refrigerated meals which are delicious. Great for those nights we did not want to go out to eat. Nice restaurant in the same building. Bicycle rentals on property. also....they have the best complimentary chewy candies with fresh minted water in the lobby. The staff are all wonderful and always had a smile for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there again!

😊 · Very trendy and beautifully decorated hotel. Room was very comfortable with great amenities. Spacious kitchenette and bathroom. Every thing clean and fresh. Staff - young, enthusiastic and very helpful. Assisted with museum tickets and day passes for transport. Great location near Zuider Amstelkanaal. Short trip from airport. Fantastic transport options in front of hotel so very very easy to get around Amsterdam and into old centre. Hotel had bike rental so my husband was able to ride to the RAI conference centre very easily. Good dining options in the vicinity. Handy and excellent supermarket (Albert Heijn) just across the square. ☹ · I have nothing bad to say

Visited Amsterdam on the bank holiday end of May stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my partner we drove from London. Travel: fairly easy to find also not far from the airport if you choose to fly. There is underground parking at the hotel which is handy but cost €25 per day which is fairly average in Amsterdam. Also there is a tram stop 1 min walk from the hotel and the hotel provides tickets also if you need it and I think you can hire bikes too. Accommodation: the entire hotel (aside from rooms) smells like flowers it’s amazing. The staff were fabulous and very knowledgeable about the area, what trams to take etc nothing is too much trouble for them. There are 2 lifts, a gym with sauna. Also by the entrance there’s sweets plus a water dispenser infused with fresh mint leaves for you to help yourself. I think the hotel is only 2 floors so book in advance as it books up quickly. We went for a studio apartment and if your from the uk it was huge. There is a full kitchen (no microwave) with pots, pans, utensils, cups, dishwasher, fridge freezer. You will have to bring your own seasonings and oil for cooking if you want to cook. Soap, a brush, 2 dishwasher tablets provided. There’s lots of books and a large tv that swivels so can watch on sofa or watch in bed (bring laptop and hdmi as you can watch your own films etc). Separate toilet near the door and a massive bathroom with his and hers sinks a bath, toilet and separate shower. All areas have soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, cotton pads and cotton buds. There were 3 separate windows with a view of other apartments and trees very nice and open. Also a breakfast bar in the kitchen too. King size bed, 2 robes provided with slippers a full ironing board and a very high quality proper iron also provided. If your staying longer and need to wash clothes there is a coin operated laundry room or the hotel provides a laundry service for an additional cost. There is a handbook with instructions for everything from how to work the thermostat to local restaurants they recommend. There is a restaurant on site and room service (menu is a bit limited but that’s what the kitchen is for) we ordered a bottle of wine which they brought with an extra 2 glasses even though champagne and wine glasses are provided. Area: there is a big supermarket less than 5 min walk that has everything you need called Albert Heijn, tram stop 1 min away, lots of bars and restaurants and a market outside the hotel every weekend, coffee shop around 5-10 min walk if your interested however drugs are not allowed in the hotel what u do outside of there is up to you. Housekeeping: everyday spruce up - making beds emptying bins etc if staying more than a few nights they will come and do a deep clean. All in all I had the best time here the hotel is far enough away from the centre so it’s quiet although there was loud music played at the weekends till late but if you close the windows it doesn’t bother you (I think there was an event that weekend) it added to the ambience for us. There’s a nice residential canal walk a few mins Away if you like to walk and explore. I will definitely stay here every time I go back to Amsterdam it’s great value for money and very chic and clean! Thank you hotel twenty eight for a fabulous stay xx

😊 · Arrived first thing in the morning, our room wasn’t ready but a better room was, so were upgraded for free. Parking expensive at €25 per day. Easy transport links, €7 tram ticket with stop just outside hotel running every 4 minutes to centre. Staff very nice and friendly Free sweets in reception 😋 Room well equipped, clean and modern Attached to a lovely restaurant ☹ · Cheaper parking

This hotel is very convenient for sightseeing spots and shopping. The building of the hotel can feel the history of the city, it was very spectacular. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very kind to children. At breakfast, all staffs spoke to my kids and my children were in a good mood every morning. The restaurant's cuisine recommended by the concierge was very delicious. Be aware of the back road of the hotel. When I was walking alone by the evening, the traveler asked me the way, and then a fake (maybe) police came out requesting disclosure of my passport and wallet. After all, there was not any damage for me. - Good mood clean room good breakfast good staffs - Japanese guide maybe convenient for us. - Shopping area sightseeing place near metro station
