We are available 24/7 for a welcoming chat as well as for providing you with all the information or assistance you may need. The neighbourhood is our habitat and we are happy to advise you on where to go, how and with whom, getting you into the nicest restaurants, shows and tours, for example, or arranging the most reliable taxis and airport shuttles.
If you’re staying up to seven nights, fresh towels will be a daily matter at TWENTY EIGHT, as will an apartment touch-up. You’ll find a spotless, fully cleaned apartment after four days, with fresh linens on the beds. (Prefer to use your towels and linens a bit longer, with an eye to sparing the environment? Simply let us know and we’re happy to help you, of course!)
If you are staying longer than 7 nights, we arrange for fresh towels every two days and full cleaning, including fresh linens, every four days.
